Beginning with your order, Optimum addresses each event and each need that might occur during the entire life of a machine tool.

And with more work being accomplished on every machine, every shift, we are acutely aware of the need to keep your spindles running!


Service and SupportOptimum Support is headquartered which is spread over 5 acres and with a built up area of 175,000 sq feet, the Technology Centre features a battery of Multi-Tasking Machines, Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centres, Lathes and Laser Cutting machines.

It is our central location for parts, spindle repair , training & online telephone support center. But, Optimum has a "personal touch" as well.

In India 15 regional centers are staffed with well trained Service Engineers, who know who you are, where you are, and the Mazak products you own.

Service and SupportThe operative phrase for every associate in the Optimum Support group is "Serve, Solve, Support,” and Mazak brings powerful tools to bear in executing this mandate for our customers.

MSDB is our acronym for a world database of service history, which is available on every service engineer's laptop. Even uncommon problems may be solved on-site through the experience gained from thousands of installations around the world.

In addition, a real-time database is maintained at Mazak headquarters on your specific machines to provide a complete history, which is instantly available to our phone and on-site service engineers.


Parts:

Service and SupportNo matter what the age of your Mazak, you can rest assured that replacement parts will be available at Mazak world wide part centers. Mazak India part center has more than 2,500 different parts, in our Pune facility.

From complete modular units like spindle assemblies to the simplest commercial parts. We maintain an inventory of parts from ball screws, linear guides, turret couplings, coolant & Hydraulic pumps, ATC Cam units, printed circuit boards, switchgears, motors, and spindle cartridges to the smallest non-critical items.

We understand the high cost of downtime. That's why our parts department operates Monday through Saturday, with same-day shipment for orders received by 1:00 PM local time.

On-site service:

In some instances we'll need to dispatch a service engineer to your plant. Our qualified service engineers will quickly be on the scene with access to a complete history of your machine and any Technical Updates and Service Bulletins that may apply.


Training:

Programming and machine maintenance classes are held at the Pune Technology Centre to Mazak India customers.


Spindle repair facility:

Has a spindle cartridge repair facility with advanced testing & condition monitoring equipments such as dynamic balancing machine, test jig with simulators, vibration, temperature & lubrication monitoring devices. Spindle exchange program which cuts downtime, provides the highest levels of quality, and reduces costs
